About me
Michael Padilla is the Executive Director of Learning and Program Development for Real Journey Academies. He leads the organization's work around the eMindset and entrepreneurial leadership, developing systems and training that support staff, students, and school leaders across all campuses. He launched the Philip J. Patino School of Entrepreneurship in Fresno as the founding entrepreneurship teacher, where he designed the original instructional framework. He later launched Entrepreneurship High School in San Bernardino, serving as principal and leading the school’s vision, culture, and academic direction.
