Objectives include understanding how the block schedule supports targeted instruction, exploring the core components of the eKnowledge framework, and learning how data talk protocols create a culture of goal-setting and reflection. Teachers will engage with key routines that reinforce eSkills such as analyzing text and data, writing, and providing feedback—while seeing how small-group structures and formative assessments support personalized learning. Key Learning: Data use and personalization are system-level strategies that influence school-wide practices and future-focused instructional design.
