About me
Elia Barreto is an educator with 12 years of experience teaching students from TK–12 in Spanish and English. Originally from Venezuela, she holds a bachelor’s degree in English as a Foreign Language and a master’s degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language. As a former English Learner, Elia brings a unique perspective to her role as an EL Specialist, where she is passionate about empowering ELL students and supporting teachers in creating inclusive learning environments.
